Come on this is so inaccurate its almost unbelievable. My blackberry 8800 which has an integrated GPS comes with google maps fully working preinstalled. It works fine with the integrated GPS.

My nokia N95 also works with the integrated gps and mobile gmaps that uses google maps. Though as it comes preinstalled with nokia maps with worldwide coverage and 3 years of free updates supporting navigation I cannot see why you would want gmaps. Apart from third party applications such as NavXS which uses google maps to show you where your contacts are in google maps. I have this lightweight java app working on my N95 showing me on a google map where someone is if he sends me a message with GPS data included. All on an integrated GPS. MGmaps has none of the restrictions of google maps, it is not restricted to soley the google maps format and specific countries.

Also Symbian provide an API with their development suite which can be used to read the google maps format no need to buy anyother third party tool.

Ummm ..... yeah. Someone obviously has absolutely no clue about other devices, or was paid to make those false statements. A friend of mine has a BB 8800 with internal GPS that can use Google Maps. And there are other devices out there as well.

That can't possibly be right, after all - it says in the top-left hand corner of this page:

With those as their standards, there's no way they could make statements as incorrect and MS-toadying as this. We must've just all misread it.
