The answer to your question is that it is not possible to legally copy it from one card to the next. I have Garmin Mobile XT and I know it is possible to do so, but you need a key generator to generate a new unlock code for the new card you put it on.
Obviously, use of the key generator is not supported by Garmin and is not legal (in most countries).
Other than that, I really like the program. It's way better than using any other smartphone navigator, but TomTom doesn't make a smartphone version so I don't know about that one... |

| The maps of the software are locked to the serial number of your card. Copying the software to a different card will make it stop working. There are cracks out on the web for it, but that's obviously not legal. |
