While other news sources have reported that this is a new browser, we have tested the product extensively and found no evidence suggesting that it contains any new rendering capabilities, and that it continues to use the Pocket Internet Explorer engine.
Please guys, its so unnecessary to put the focus on "how cool" or "how reliable" you are. |

Definitely an improvement, but I feel there definitely needs to be an improvement in rendering. I'm looking forward to the new Opera Mobile browser whenever that finally comes out. _________________ Currently: ATT Tilt running [22 October 08] HyperDragon III PORTEGE OS 5.2.19581 B. 19581.1.1.1 WM 6.1 unlocked running on TMobile

I just bought it for a goof. What a piece of garbage. First of all, you can’t even set your own homepage, no matter what is in the homepage setting, it goes to MSN.com. Second, it’s slow as crap on the Touch Cruise. Waste of money. _________________ JNGold

Opera has offered some basic finger scrolling for some time now. At just $10 more than this piece of junk I'd prefer getting it simply because it offers superior browsing over IE.
Makayama don't even offer a trial of the product, it's the first time I've seen a company try and convince me to buy their product based on nothing more than a youtube clip. |
