| Too bad HTC, Sony and the other players continuously reject including DVB, MediaFlo, DMB and other digital TV receivers in their handsets... |

This post got me to register, finally.
whats up with you saying something like this:
| Quote: | | As of now we cannot recommend E-TEN as a reliable Windows Mobile phone manufacturer. |
???
you cannot recommend them? based on what? They previewed a few phones with nice features. Now, after they got bought, the new owner rethinks the lineup and some phones won't be produced, but others will be for sure.
now you step up and say that you can not recommend e-ten as they are not reliable. If cadbury announces a new chocolate, then, after Nestle buys them, they don't release that cherry chocolate you where so excited over, will you tell people that cadbury is no reliable manufacturer of chocolates, and you won't recommend them?
I am used to the sometimes rude and childish news postings here, and I still enjoy the more reasonable ones (and I always chuckle when you mention that no multitouch for WM7 will result in a total failure...).
But saying that a manufacturer is unreliable, because they won't produce a phone you where drooling over is not only childish, it is a statement potentially harming E-TEN reputation.
I only had an E-TEN phone once (M800), but it was a reliable phone, well made, good value, nice software package and they offered very nice, competent and friendly support through email.
that is what makes a manufacturer reliable. you can call them unreliable, if you are a carrier and ordered 10.000 V900 phones that they never delivered. until then, think twice before you post offensive statements in your news. |
