HTC Seems to be doing something with their page. Yesterday the WM6.1 update and featers were listed but the download link pointed to an older ROM image. Today there's no mention of Windows Mobile 6.1 on the page at all.

Motorola has been releasing ROM updates for the Moto Q series for a couple of years. Why does this site think HTC is responsible for every innovation?

As of this morning, it Looks like HTC has pulled the 6.1 pages completely.

Maybe they found a last minute serious bug?

From the images that were on there, the rom was actually dated a month ago, so there really seems to be only one reason to not post it at this time - they found some issue. Of course, this is speculation only.

I checked it a few minutes ago and the WM6.1 Version of the page is present though it still points to the 6.0 ROM image. Joey at TheCellPhoneJunkie.com (podcast 116) said that HTC has done something like this before (with the page versions changing) on a few other ROM updates. He also said that the 6.1 ROM had been available breifly. For now I guess we just have to wait, but at this point I am fairly confident it will be there soon.
