After openly lying Skyfire, yet another company discriminates against people outside of USA. Apparently other countries are regarded by these companies to be inferior. Does it remind you of something?
Furthermore...

nonsense: USA market is small compared to EU or China and USA has its own standads so it is not profitable to release phones for USA at first because they are usable only in USA. The rest of the world, including China and Japan, use more common standards.
the fact is that USA is doing itself disservice by such companies that discriminate against people outside of USA |

if i'm correct, the Qualcomm chip supports 850/1900/2100! HTC or Asus just perfer to disable the 850/1900 bands for USA.
and that is not discriminate against people in USA? |

This is different. In the past several weeks your negative statements were usually about products not available within the USA. Now you speak negativly about a product only available in the USA. |

You CAN download it if you're outside the US... Just select a device, tick the box to agree to the terms, then click "Download to PC". You don't need to put in a US phone number.
You miss one little fact and your whole article goes to xxx! |

yes, but now I researched it further and I am not impressed any longer.
the same name = the same functionality
... or otherwise it is a misleading naming! |

... or otherwise it is a misleading naming! | I completly agree with that. Some how naming it feels like they've done a disservice to their brand by applying the photoshop name to this product. Had they named it something like "Photoshop Vault" or "Photoshop Share" then I think they would have successfully described the product while still associating it with the photoshop brand (still a little diluting, but less misleading). _________________ MCAD .Net , MCTS (Web, Windows) |
