In latest advertising campaigns of Microsoft - mostly focused on Windows Vista, at last also Windows Mobile is featured prominently! At last Microsoft understands importance of synergy effects.

Geez... such a whiner. The new IE was never 'promised' -- it was announced, with an estimated launch date. What product OS or piece of software has ever met the launch date mentioned at the product's announcement? Microsoft is always late with everything, and more so with WM.

At CES 2008 in February Microsoft employees were promising that it will be coming 'in 6 months'... so go figure.

Actually, you don't need flash to access YouTube. While the interface that we use in the browser if FlashBased there are a few devices with YouTube accessibility to YouTube videos including (but not limited to ) the fruit phone and the helio phones.

But a client for accessing YouTube isn't something that is available from MSFT, so I am a little surprised to see it mentioned.

as far as YouTube, HTC at the time of the commercial already had the standalone app on the Diamond and TouchPro so I don't see what the hangup is. I've been accessing youtube content on my phone for quite some time now...
