It looks that the installation just adds a shortcut to a website in the the Programs menu. I tried to access on a TyTn II but the entire web page doesn't render (no surprise there). I think it is looking in the browser agent string to identify the device and render the content appropriatly. So it may work if one updates their browser agent string.

When I first got the app store cab I thought it was notoriously small. I was expecting it to download another installer.
