We already received press accreditation to Mobile World Congress 2009 - the biggest most important event about cellphone industry in the world. Unlike other sites, that only copy and paste stories from the Internet,...

PLEASE learn the difference between "less" and "fewer". I know English isn't your first language and mostly your writing is good so I hope you take this as it's intended - friendly hint from a native speaker.
Don't be shy about deleting this post once you've read it either- it adds nothing to any thoughts about Windows Mobile so it doesn't belong here permanently.

microsoft should make VGA the minimum resolutions!
i just sent my Sony X1 for repair cus it cant charge.
now using my old Hermes with QVGA really sucks when surfing internet or reading emails!
and they should also kill the smartphone market (phone without touchscreen), leave that to Nokia or motorola! haha

Its about time they adopt the Japanese NTT Docomo strategy of thinking, which i have reported about here many times.
Basically set a minimum hardware + software spec (brand it with a series number e.g. WinMo7 or 701) and restrict it to
around half a dozen devices every year in different form factors that meet these strict requirements.

Its a logical approach! Though taking into account the launch of the Palm Pre: if this Microsoft approach turns out to be
yet another multi-year 2020 strategy from MS then it will be far too little too late.

MSFTs announcement will *not* be huge. It will be ridiculous against the Pre and upcoing Android stuff

2009 is the year of Unix based Devices!

Probably! Though I wish it was the year of Mobile gaming devices to rival the NDS/PSP!

No one has really tackled this market successfully, especially with decent graphics and
hardware keys to rival those of the NDS/PSP!

Native English speaker here. I know that "Less" is a comparably smaller amount (139 is less than 140) and few means small in number. But "Fewer" means "A smaller number" and as far as I know is synonymous with less (see definition 6 of less). Am I missing something?

Yeah, exactly the same I've (as a MS MVP) constantly been telling the MS WinMo folks: WinMo has traditionally been doing very well in the games sector (at least better than Symbian S60, Palm OS and BB). By making 3D acceleration, an accelerometer and gaming-friendly, easy-to-press, exact D-pads and 2-3 additional buttons compulsory for all hardware manufacturers, and, of course, setting up their own AppStore, they'll easily take the crown back from the iPhone, gaming-wise.

If they won't follow my advice, then, WinMo will absolutely have no chance against iPhone when it comes to gaming.
