Edward,

Capacitive display is NOT necessary for Multi-Touch. Why do you keep misstating this?

Chris,

The story stated that MS OEMs ARE considering shipping with capacitive displays. The option WILL be there. For whatever reason, Edward keeps acting like WM needs to only have one or the other. In fact, they will have both, and then you, and Edward can be happy w/ WM again! Smile I as well as MANY others do not have a problem with a resistive touch screen that is well-tuned for finger touch use and has the ability to do multi-touch.

HTC phone HW sucks compared to Samsung and Toshiba! WM has nothing to do with it, these new phones from Samsung and Toshiba run on 6.1 for craps sake. How can you blame WM for HTC underpowering their devices, undersupporting their software, and undersupporting their own damn hardware!??

Down w/ HTC Monopoloy!!
