Excellent! Ever since I got my Touch Pro 2 I've had no way to take screen shots without connecting the phone to the computer since all my screenshot programs required a mappable hardware button. _________________ - Joel |

Press the sleep button and the home button and a screen shot is taken. No app necessary. _________________ JNGold

| Yeah you've been able to take screenshots on iPhone since 1.0. Home button and sleep button at the same time. Screenshots go right into your pictures folder. |

oi, iphone fanboys, you miss the point: it is impossible to make screenshots in iphone WITHOUT TOUCHING ANY BUTTONS for example just by shaking. |

Pressing buttons to use built-in OS functionality is much better than having to constantly run a program in the background (and re-open if you accidentally close, not to mention accidentally taking unintended screenshots).
Use of an accelerometer is appropriate in many cases, but here it's just a gimmick-- what possible benefit does a shake-to-screenshot app bring over the iPhone's system? |
