We don't post here news stories about illegal ROM upgrades for Windows phones, but this tweak consists of official components plus some community effort so it is legal.

While Adobe has been promising many times ...

Well, this is flash 8 only and, I bet, it's entirely the same as the offiicial (very old) one by Adobe / Macromedia....
