The software vendor of LivingPictures uses present time while refering to LivingPictures and its availability for Microsoft Smartphone platform. Unfortunately this is a blatant lie: this application is not available...

Sorry about the confusion. The product *is* available, just not currently to consumers. The PDF was designed for distribution at E3, whose audience is content providers and telcos.

I'll make a point of clarifying that on the site.
