By now HTC (High Tech Computer Corp. from Taiwan) has been producing these Pocket PC phones:

1. T-Mobile MDA alias XDA : processor StrongARM 206 MHz, 2-band GSM, GPRS, 32 or 64 MB RAM, QVGA display

AFAIK, MDA3 is not produced by HTC...
