Unlikely, more a case of getting a GPS unit to work with the smartphone that then is compatible with the Microsoft Streets & Trips application. But I think that’s not too much of a problem if you have a BT phone.

If how ever you have an i600 that’s not easy as you may have to buy a gps unit that will talk to it. Probably via an sdio connection....

It think the best bet is to get a Smartphone with BT support...

I have to say GPS on the Smartphone is way cooool....

Beats that aGPS crud from Moto on 3G here in the UK..

Pocket Streets for Smartphone that comes with Streets & Trips 2005 runs great with a BT GPS using my iMate Smartphone2, and is super easy to connect. According to the help file the phone has to have BT and be running Windows Mobile 2003.

The map recenters as you move and shows a directional arrow over your location. There's a separate screen that shows information such as speed, heading, lat/long, etc.

Cool

Mark, sodid you buy the streets and trips 2005 standard edition or streets and trips 2005 with GPS locator?

I'm in the US on Verizon Wireles, so I'm trying to equate with what BT offers?

I guess basically, are you using the built in GPS locator on your SmartPhone?
