about this device already being on sale worldwide ... Expansys have been yapping about delayed delivery for months. Not one Expansys customer has received their device yet and they don't have a firm confirmation when they will.

Be accurate.

I was kinda rude there for which I apologise, but you can imagine the frustration.

I don't like it being made to appear that all is going brilliantly when customers are getting the p!ss taken out of them.
