Apparently Qtek S100 (HTC Magician) is now on sale with worldwide delivery! The price is not very low: 948 Swiss franks, 618 Euro or 825 USD.

Swiss VAT is relatively low at 7.6%. If it is shipped outside of Switzerland you will have to pay your local VAT (UK = 17.5%, Germany 16%, Holland 19%) plus some import duty. Sometimes you can be fluky and not pay any VAT/Duty, but u need to bear in mind the extras.
