Existing Pocket PC phones are either working with GSM/GPRS networks (so called "2.5G") or with CDMA networks (including "EV-DO" version considered by some, not all people, to be 3G), however there is not even on...

3 Years? UMTS is not available since 3 years and also today you have not everywhere UMTS so for me it was a good decision that HTC did first develop other great PPCPE before introducing UMTS...

Fujitsu released their first Symbian/UMTS phone in Japan about 3 years ago.
The UK has had UMTS for over a year now too. |
