| It was mentioned in an earlier news item about the universal that it has optional VGA output - can you provide any more details on this as I believe it will be a great feature to be able to use this with larger screens or the forthcoming pocket projectors |

Sorry but I couldn't find that VGA output despite looking and touching this device. I think that it doesn't have VGA output after all. It has only headset socket and mini-USB socket... |

what's the screen size? Also the screen clearly looks narrower than the MDA III when shon side by side. Can you confirm this?
I prefer the Vodaphone whith its white keyboard: white keyboards are easier to read in less than ideal lighting conditions, which will obviously be the case most of the time. Even if the keyboard is backlit, the keys are black and opaque and the light only goes thru very tiny transparent letters.
A white keyboard is a much smarter move . |

Screen size is approx the same as in MDA III. Your remark about white keyboard is right but T-Mobile was offering updates in past more often than Vodaphone... so I don't know ... which to chose: MDA IV or VPA IV? |
