HTC never ever did it before. Yesterday was the first time. HTC is the bigest manafucturer of Windows Mobile powered cell phones and it produces devices that are later on branded by operators (like T-Mobile, Vodafon...

This is what I've been waiting for, 3G on the smartphone. the ability to browse the web is pretty useless without it!
Can't wait to get my hands on it!

Let me guess though.. no WiFi as that would upset the networks with people making free VoIP calls instead etc.

If you look at the picture on the right lower corner you will find a symbol which is crossed between the battery and bluetooth symbols.
This corssed symbol means that wi-fi is there though inactive at this point in time. I have a i-mate pda2k also made by htc and in that case this is the symbol which is displayed when wi-fi is inactive. I think the same applies to the htc universal as well. |
