vBar is a utility that runs in your title bar (pointed by the green arrow):

I've tried many task switchers and if you don't have an HP PDA (which includes iTask) then vbar is definately the one to use.
Dynamo is great too but a bit more heavy weight

eeh, vBar is the best. After all not everybody likes to switch to home screen everytime one wants to change task or look up battery status or memory status... |
