i-mate wanted to announce officially this phone for the first during Gitex trade show that takes place next month, but clearly online retailer Expansys to get publicity has published it already now!

I kind of like the dark grey look, not as much as the black, but it is diffently better than the light gray look.

any news on a CDMA version for the states, anyone?

there is yet absolutely no news whatsover about CDMA version of HTC Universal. Please note also that HTC Universal is designed for 3G/UMTS and for videotelephony and CDMA EVDO has no video telephony support.

Don't assume that the cpu clock speed is in-sufficent for Skype, thats far to simplistic.
