I agree, Pocket PC phones are the best "all in one" device right now.

I also sync podcasts. Here's how I do it currently.......

1) Install and use I-Tunes to pull down subscribed Podcasts automatically

2) install pocket controller profesional and use the file sync

3) enjoy synd'd podcasts in the car or on the go!
