From what I know prices of i-mate phones in UAE are not low though - it's a very rich country after all. |

thats not true ...though some shops are hiking up the price for jasjar at the moment (the cheapest you can get is 4100 dirhams thats equal to just over 1100 usd... the htc blueangel can be found for just over 650-750 dollars range in most places.. |

| Interestingly enough, the ROM version on RTM i-mate™ K-JAMs is actually labeled HTC Prodigy, now. My i-mate™ JASJAR, K-JAM, SP5, and SP5m are cool but I still prefer i-mate™ JAM. |

I went to GITEX Shopper Last night, now called xxx. Apart from the fact that it took an hour and twenty minutes to get there because of traffic, they only have one lane for the last 5 miles of the journey. I-Mate welched and failed to supply any of the vendors with K-JAMS even though they had promised to.
The 3 things I went to get at xxx
1. I-Mate K-Jam
2. 4Gb Nano
3. Nokia 6111
None of these items were for sale at xxx even though the magazine that is handed out as you enter the hall has these items listed in it with prices. |

No that was not the case, I spoke with pratically every stand, they said it had not been released, but jacky's Manager told me they had been badly let down by I-Mate, who had promised to supply enough K-Jams for the show but did not end up delivering a single device. In fact I-Mate then said they were shipping a plane load of them over but that never happened either. The bottom line is not K-Jam's until next week. |
