I hate to point it out but what has Windows Mobile 5. or not, got to do with lack of built in WiFi and flat rate mobile internet usage really got to do with each other ?
Is it not true that TMobile/EPlus now offers flat fee internet in Europe ?
If I have Edge + Quad Band + Flat Rate internet why is Wifi so important ?
Why as a user would I even care what version of windows is on my product, especially as this product is targeted at the Enterprise user and seen as an alternative to a BlackBerry(TM) ? Surely it just has to work and be stable ? |

If one has access to flat rate mobile Internet, then there is no big need for built-in Wi-Fi.
Besides: flat rate Internet is at E-Plus only, not at T-Mobile.
Version of Windows Mobile is important because many new programs don't work with Windows Mobile 2003 - the old OS - that HP is pushing with this phone. |

These HPs are being aimed to corporate users, but you need WM2005 to have true push email capability with Exchange.
Drop the product and move straight to the 67xx series. |

And here was me thinken that all the ads TMobile are doing at the moment about there all inclusive "Walk and Surf" packages was the equivalent to the EPLUS flat rate (but covered by a fare usage clause...as there is no such thing as a free lunch) |

Whilst true that product anit here yet...only just came in the form of the IMates..so best that they announce a product that is available and not vaporware, and due to their long testing cycle before they will allow a product to access the network..they are always "late" with new products. |
