Palm is supporting and integrating Microsoft's new "System Center Mobile Device Manager" platform. According to Palm, the new Treo features will be available in 2008. The announcement of the platform was made during Microsoft's keynote CTIA address. System Center Mobile Device Manager provides enterprises with enhanced security and remote control of employee devices, and provides employees with improved remote access to corporate data. Windows Mobile 6 ROM upgrade for Samsung i600 available also in English October 25, 2007; [without touch-screen] Samsung i600 smartphone which is a "European version of Samsung BlackJack, but with WiFi", can now be upgraded to Windows Mobile 6: Samsung Black II with built-in GPS comes to USA soon October 24, 2007; [without touch-screen] AT&T Wireless is launching in USA a successor to a popular Samsung BlackJack phone - BlackJack II, which however still does not have WiFi (available in European version of BlackJack but not necessary in USA where unlimited flat rates are avaialbale) but instead it adds built-in GPS, what is a novelty because by now only Windows Mobile phones with touch-screen were featuring built-in GPS! Positive When I received the InnoPocket Black Deluxe and Metal Deluxe cases for the Windows Mobile Treo 750, I was immediately drawn to the smooth aluminum frame. After I finished inserting the screw into the back of the case, I noticed how secure the phone felt on my hip. The phone withstood physical contact quite well and was very well protected when I accidentally dropped it on my hard laminate floor. Review of Otterbox for Windows Mobile Treo 750 September 16, 2007; [without touch-screen] The Otterbox 1921 case is the most extreme Treo case I've ever seen. It looks more like military hardware than a phone case. Let me say straight away that this case isn't for everyone. If you want a non-obtrusive case to provide basic protection to your device while you're in the office, then look at something else. But if you want to take your Treo with you while you enjoy the great outdoors, or if you need to protect your Treo while doing construction or other physical work, then keep on reading.
