Microsoft has betrayed Windows Mobile and Windows phone by making a deal with Nokia to make various Office software components for Nokia's Symbian phones, and Microsoft is licensing ActiveSync and Exchange sync components to anybody who pays, so it is unusual that Microsoft corporation outside of mobile division is using Windows Mobile (now renamed to "Windows phone") for anything:
