It can be downloaded as add-on to Pocket PC 2002 PDAs and cellphones and is preinstalled in ROMs of devices with Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC (already on the market) and Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphone (coming to the market by the end of 2003).
