Neil Enns from Microsoft says about this particular video the followoing:

on the 7th there'll be a video showing how to use VS.NET 2003 and a Smartphone to access a web service at http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdntv/. In a nutshell though, accessing a web service in .NET is as easy as MyService foo = new MyService().

So if you want to learn about new fantastic possibilities that .NET offers for cell phones, click here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdntv/ on August 7 (main page) or later (in MSDN TV archive).
