Looks like E-TEN is gathering very big experience regarding Pocket PC phones! Previously they were selling Pocket PC phones like P600, P603 and P610, but now they introduce new models that are more mature or smaller than previously. P300:

P300 Description A versatile PDA, the E-TEN Pocket PC P300 delivers wireless capabilities, increased multimedia and the entertainment features of the new Microsoft® Windows Mobile™ 2003 software for Pocket PC Phone Edition operating system, all in an ultra-light device that fits easily in the users’ pocket. Designed for youthful professionals and road warrior knowledge workers, the E-TEN P300 with a built-in digital camera, helps users integrate their digital lifestyle with mobile business and personal productivity capabilities. In addition to multimedia ability, E-TEN P300 also features a built-in tri-band GSM/GPRS module, offering wireless connectivity that gives users the freedom they need in their mobile lifestyles. The E-TEN P300 runs the Microsoft® Windows Mobile™ 2003 software for Pocket PC Phone Edition operating system. The E-TEN P700 runs the Microsoft® Windows Mobile™ 2003 software for Pocket PC operating system. The newest version of the Pocket PC platform provides a great experience for wireless connectivity, messaging and all the features people have come to expect from a technology-leading PDA. An enhanced connection manager, alone with a built-in GSM/GPRS module for wide area network (WAN) connections, enables users to easily make the connection to surf the Internet, check e-mail, and access corporate servers without complicated settings. The E-TEN P700, based on Intel® PXA255 400 MHz processor, provides the leading performance and low power required to maximize user productivity, extend battery life and provide exciting multimedia functionality.
