AttachSmart now available also in a commercial Signature Edition version ; web site for the program launched December 26, 2003 [MS Smartphone] | By anonymous 1. AttachSmart Classic is still a freeware but if you have software locked Smartphones (like those sold by Orange), then you may fancy buying (price $4.99) a code-signed version that will work in those software locked phones. What is AttachSmart? Itīs a utility to send files (example: photos taken by the camera of the phone) over e-mail as attachment. Microsoft has "forgotten" to add such feature to the user interface of "Inbox" in Microsoft Smartphone, but one can do it programmatically, so if you need such functionality then this program is it! 
(on picture above you can observe that this program can also send itself as an email attachment - therefore it has self-replication feature - similarly like our genetic code) Please note: sending of files like pictures can replace very well sending MMS messages! While MMS is a format invented by cellphone industry in order to sell overpriced MMS infrastructure, the e-mail is an open Internet standard and sending pictures as attachments is a more natural way to achieve it. Furthermore the software vendor - PocketTV - writes: AttachSmart is the simplest way to email documents as attachments. You can also use it to view/check the documents (it will start the appropriate viewer based on the document type), and do simple file management.
