Microsoft Plus! Sync and Go works with Smartphone 2003 devices
December 27, 2003 [MS Smartphone] | By anonymous 1.

An often under-rated and lesser known add-on product for Microsoft Windows XP called Microsoft Plus! Digital Media Edition includes a feature called "Plus! Sync & Go" for automatically downloading news, music, videos, and even your own media library to your Pocket PC. Previously unpublished, Sync & Go also works with Windows Mobile 2003 devices thanks to a bug fix! Now you can get NBC Nightly News, NBC Today Show, NPR Radio, the latest Movie Trailers, Xbox game trailers, Warner Music and much more delivered to your Smartphone's memory card. You can even sync your smart playlists (Auto Playlists) from Windows Media Player!

At only $19.95 US, this product seems pretty cheap.
