New improved eVB-Runtimes for Smartphone 2003 released January 28, 2004 [MS Smartphone] | By anonymous 1. Officially, according to Microsoft, it is impossible to develop applications for Smartphone with use of eVB (embedded Visual Basic - the simplest way to write software) - one needs to use eVC (embedded Visual C++, quite complicated to use) or Visual Studio .NET. Fortunatel some clever developers have found the way to do it, and now even released improved version: Without these runtimes, no eVB-File will work on your Smartphone with Windows Mobile 2003- Software! Just download and unzip it, then run setup.exe and follow the instructions! These runtimes will be installed on your Device only, not on your Storage Card! It needs 2MB space! After installing it, you can install and run any eVB-Program avalaible!
