New Windows Mobile MVPs announced

"MVP" denotes "Most Valuable Professional" and is a title awarded by Microsoft to uncritically pro-Microsoft individuals, who (according to Microsoft) were supporting users of Microsoft products either through their websites or web forums, or through help in newsgroups.

MVPs are uncritical to Microsoft

Microsoft writes: The Microsoft MVP Program is a worldwide award and recognition program that strives to identify amazing individuals in technical communities around the globe who share a passion for technology and the spirit of community. Microsoft MVPs are recognized for both their demonstrated practical expertise and willingness to share their experience with peers in Microsoft technical communities.

Below we present the list of this year´s new Windows Mobile MVPs, together with web traffic page rankings of websites (objective measure by Alexa) to which they are associated (if applicable; the bigger the number, the lower the web traffic):

Just for the record: the web traffic rank of msmobiles.com is 22,289 (thus exceeding many times most web sites above), but Microsoft has ruled out any possibility to reward us with MVP title due to our sometimes critical approach to Microsoft, particulary to our critic of Microsoft´s efforts in cell phone industry. While generally we are fans of Microsoft powered cell phones, we however say openly what we think is important to notice - also what is wrong - that´s why some people in Microsoft (example: Mike Wehrs) hold grudge against us... but on the other hand, not having MVP status allows us to publish many things, that MVP-run web sites simply can´t - what makes our web site even more interesting!
