It is a free BibleReader for the KJV, NKJV, ASV, NASB and over 40 Bibles from olivetree.com, some Bibles must be purchased from handango.com or olivetree.com ... although some other Bibles are free. 
YES: The SmartPhone version of BibleReader for Windows based devices does support the regular plain English texts such as KJV, NASB, ASV, NKJV, NRSV, RSV, MKJV, CEV, TEV. Also the Luther 84, Elberfelder 85, RVR 60, LBLA. NO: The SmartPhone version of BibleReader for Windows based devices does not support: Split windows, texts with dictionaries or notes, Chinese, Hebrew or Greek texts, ebook databases such as commentaries.
