Now this sentence is there no more! What does it mean? 
It means: Samsung withdraws from plans to release ROM upgrade to Smartphone 2003! Previously we were reporting here the good news that Samsung will release the ROM upgrade to Smartphone 2003. But now, after this withdrawal of a crucial sentence: we are no longer certain whether Samsung will ever release this crucial upgrade.
