CeBIT 2004 news: Asus dumps Microsoft smartphone plans and presents new Pocket PC with VGA (640x480) resolution instead

Last year, at CeBIT 2003, Asus presented Asus AGP-600 smartphone (to the left on photo below), but this phone has never been released. Now Asus announced new products to be presented at CeBIT and the Microsoft smartphone has been dumped but instead Asus brings out Pocket PC with VGA display (second in the world after Toshiba e800/e805; on photo below to the right):

Leveraging a high-quality VGA LCD, 1.3 million-pixel camera, Intel 520MHz Xscale CPU and both Bluetooth and IrDA wireless connections, the MyPal A730 is a powerful and multi-functional Pocket PC that significantly trims down carry on baggage on business trips.
