We have just installed emulators of SmartPhone 2003 Second Edition and here we present some screen shots to give you idea how the latest version of Microsoft smartphone software looks like. First the the About dialog, that clearly shows which version of software it is:

Below follows some information about the available emulator images. * * * * * Emulator ImagesWindows Mobile 2003 Second Edition software for Pocket PC enables devices with landscape and square screen displays as well as high resolution devices. Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition software for Smartphone enables devices with high resolution screens. You should develop your applications with this in mind. The emulator packages provided to support Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition enable you to test your application in landscape mode, in high-resolution, and on a square screen. You do this by loading the emulator with the corresponding emulator image, then running your application in the emulator. There are twelve emulator images in all—each one supports one device hardware configuration. See the tables below for details.
