New product release - Sprite Backup for Smartphone March 30, 2004 [MS Smartphone] | By anonymous 1. It was previously available in an early BETA version, but now it has been released commercially. Usually when switching between smartphones one needs to make backup of old information stored in the phone. With this backup tool you can do just that!

Use Sprite Backup to protect your Smartphone data and settings. Sprite Backup allows you to backup the entire contents of your Smartphone to a storage card or host PC, with options to compress, encrypt and automatically name your backup files. Sprite Backup can also automatically maintain old backup files to prevent unnecessary space being used. Sprite Backup for Smartphone is currently only available for Smartphone devices that can run unsigned applications. These devices include those provided by AT&T. Other versions for other providers will be made available in the near future.
