Hotmail - the Windows Mobile friendly free e-mail service - brings more space : 0.25 GB June 25, 2004 [General] | By Edward J. R. The Pocket MSN for Microsoft Smartphone facilitates reading Hotmail e-mails directly and natively inside of Microsoft Smartphone and Pocket PC. So unlike other free e-mail offerings (that totally forbid mobile access from Microsoft mobiles) the Hotmail is especially designed to be used in mobile way from Windows Mobile devices like Pocket PC phone or Microsoft Smartphone.
That's why it is interesting to learn that Microsoft's Hotmail (free emails service offered by Microsoft subsidiary MSN) now offers more features, including increased free space available for e-mails: whopping 250 MB! It is quite a big jump: from 2MB to 250 MB! On top of that, if you are ready to pay a bit, then you get 2GB of space! The increased space plus some more features are coming in July 2004 (next month). Microsoft keeps mum about it what exactly it will be (these new features) just saying "Even more great features to follow" and says also "Virus cleaning of incoming e-mail" will be available. If you don't have e-mail account at Hotmail click here to get one. Please note: at the same time it can serve you as an ID for MSN messenger that is also built-in into Windows Mobile devices like Pocket PC phone or Microsoft Smartphone.
