Today is i-day (iPAQ day) - new Pocket PC devices from HP are becoming official and 2 reviews of HP Pocket PC phone available July 26, 2004 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. After seeing many prototypes of iPAQ Pocket PC phones, after many years of waiting, the day has at last arived! 
HP intends to take back Pocket PC market! By now the best price/features ratio is being offered by Pocket PC devices from Dell and most fancy Pocket PC phones are made by HTC and Motorola. Today HP strikes back! HP announces today several new models: entry level models, top notch models and one Pocket PC phone. Among all these models the HP iPAQ hx4705 Pocket PC with VGA display, super fast processor (624 MHz), built-in both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and with notebook-style touchpad is the most impressive one! On the other hand the HP iPAQ h6315 has intentionally slower processor from TI - to get longer battery life - what is crucial in case of cell phones! It offers however quad-band GSM/GPRS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and the package includes attachable thumb keyboard with full-QWERTY layout - so it will be strong competitor for Motorola MPx and Pocket PC phones made by HTC (Xda 2, MDA III, etc).
