Rumors: release date of Motorola MPx220 (MS Smartphone) and Motorola MPx (Pocket PC phone) August 06, 2004 [General] | By Edward J. R. There is no doubt about it: Microsoft cell phones from Motorola are classier than competition from HTC (smartphones and Pocket PC phones) and HP (HP iPAQ phones). Phones from HTC and HP are for commoners and poor people. Motorola phones are for aristocracy and royalty, or so it seems. 
(on picture above: duality dilemma that nowadays thousands of fans of Microsoft mobiles are facing: which to take, the smaller Motorola MPx220 or the bigger Motorola MPx ? ) Particularly the 2 new models that are coming in next months - Motorola MPx220 and Motorola MPx rock big time! Well, so if you would like to know when these 2 new fantastic Motorola phones powered by gigantic Microsoft software are coming to the market, read on... The MPx220 will be the first of the two models to be release on September 27, 2004, while the MPx release date is set for November 30, 2004. Yes, this release date conflicts with Phone Scoop’s recent report that the MPx may be delayed until the first quarter of 2005. However, we’re extremely confident that our information is accurate. Conclusions: Motorola MPx220 is coming to the market next month and it looks very ready for the commercial release. Motorola MPx however is still under construction so to say, and it seems that it can miss Christmas 2004 shopping period...
