New Freeware : RJV Secure Inbox for Microsoft Smartphone August 29, 2004 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R. Are you afraid to borrow your smartphone to other people, because they could peek at your secret SMS and email messages in your inbox? Just install this freeware and worry no more!
SecureInbox is a first-level security to prevent other people from reading your messages (SMS and Email) or using your phone to write SMS without your permission. Developed using eVB 3.0 for Smartphones. HOW TO USE TO ACTIVATE: Set password (1 to 15 chars) and press Menu then Activate. Status should become Activated by now. TO DE-ACTIVATE: Enter password and press Menu then De-activate. Password should match the set password inorder for de-activation to take effect. Note: In case Inbox is currently open you need to quit tmail.exe (SMS) using Task Manager or simply run Free Mem to quit non-system apps. You can also use Xbar to quit tmail.exe (SMS) or press 2 to quit all unclosed apps. TO OPEN INBOX: Enter password and press Action key.
