Switching Bluetooth on and off in Microsoft Smartphone is cumbersome, so this little utility that costs 1.98 USD, may be helpful. Bluetooth Switch is designed to offer an easy way of switching the smartphone's Bluetooth adapter On and Off. The application will install a shortcut in your smartphone's menu, called "Bluetooth Switch". Launching the application will change the state of the Bluetooth adapter: if it is On or Discoverable, it will be turned Off; if it is Off, it will be turned On. You can assign a speed-dial key or a voice tag for switching Bluetooth on and off.
