New version of xBar for Microsoft Smartphone released: 2.4
October 23, 2004 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R.
xBar is a very useful task switcher for Microsoft Smartphone - Microsoft hasn't built-in any task switcher and the one provided by cell phone vendors is not satisfactory in many cases (HTC-made smartphones have a pre-installed task switcher that previously was property of IA Style company that HTC took over).
New features in version 2.4 of xBar are:
- New Built-in App Launcher (Use Up Down keys in xBar, you can customize it in the "start" subfolder)
- Fixed compatibility issues with eVB for Smartphone apps. Now compatible with J Cody's Vnotes
- Now compatible with the new Temperature Sensor (C500...)
- Date & Time are in the local format
- Reset xbar at WM_hybernate message (more stability)
- Fixed Text font bug (compatible with CityTime Alarms)
- Fixed long press on pad direction
- Paste text now works on latest rom (Use select all text if your smartphone does'nt support multi key press)
