Peabody is a reference design (phone platform) conceived by Flextronics to offer a base for very cheap (no Bluetooth but 1.3 megapixel camera included) Microsoft smartphone phones. While HTC offers branding of their phones both to operators (like T-Mobile and MDA, SDA) and to distributors (like i-mate and Qtek), as well as manufacturing services (like for HP), the Flextronics corporation concentrates only on manufacturers, not on operators...
Clearly the external construction of the commercial versions of Peabody - those ordered by some hardware manufacturers - will be different - other buttons in the keypad, other cursor keys, other case, etc, etc, however if you would like to see how the original reference design looks like, also in comparison with HTC Typhoon, observe this photo review:
