Tentative specifications of HP iPaq HW6515 and HW6715 Pocket PC phones available March 03, 2005 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. These specifications are very very tentative, but they conform to what we learned about HP iPAQ Mobile Messenger during talks with HP employes. Shortly speaking end users will have a choice: to get iPAQ phone with mini-SD and SD card slot or with mini-SD card slot and with built-in Wi-Fi instead of SD card slot. Both models will have built-in GPS and (unfortunately) low-resolution display (240x240 pixels). HP iPaq HW6515: Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC Phone Edition SE Screen: 240x240 Dimensions: 115x71x16 mm Weight: 169 g Processor: 520 MHz Intel xScale PXA270 Networks: 4 band GSM + EDGE Memory: 64 MB of dynamic RAM, 64 MB ROM Camera: 1.3-Mpx Integrated GPS-receiver Wi-Fi: no built-in module Slots for miniSD and SD/MMC HP iPaq HW6715: Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC Phone Edition SE Screen: 240x240 Dimensions: 115x71x16 mm Processor: 520 MHz Intel xScale PXA270 Networks: 4 band GSM + EDGE Memory: 64 MB of dynamic RAM, 64 MB ROM Camera: 1.3-Mpx Integrated GPS-receiver Built-in Wi-Fi module Slot for miniSD (no support of SD/MMC) As you can see above specifications are yet very tentative but they look probable. The only problem is that Bluetooth is not mentioned...
