Qtek 8010 is a brand name used for a HTC Typhoon:
The new ROM 2.1.32.11 includes among others:

AKU 2.6 ("service pack" from Microsoft
- support for service *140# from Telia
- new version of GSM radio
- Windows Media Player 10
