Problems with fax software for Pocket PC phones

A worldwide publication of our KSE Truefax Phone Edition, which does not run perfectly on your device, would annoy you as a customer even more as if we did not offer the version at the moment. Due to the fact that we are missing important information and support from the network providers, we are unable to give you any support.
Therefore our management - after thorough discussions - decided yesterday not to publish our KSE Truefax Phone Edition for an indefinite time (until all problems are solved).
Commentary: the TrueFax software does not run perfectly on all versions of ROMs of Pocket PC phones and in all networks, so the software vendor decided to withdraw this program from sales! Well, it would be nice to have fax already built-in into Pocket PC Phone Edition and even in MS Smartphone cell phones...
