T-Mobile to present MS Smartphones during CeBIT 2003 March 10, 2003 [MS Smartphone] | By anonymous 1. Itīs official! During CeBIT 2003 - the biggest IT show on this planet - the 2nd largest operator in EU - the T-Mobile Germany - is going to present "HTC Tanager" phone based on MS Smartphone. The phone will be available for T-Mobile customers in Germany and other EU countries during summer 2003. As part of services that will be running in the phone will be a classic from T-Mobile: "t-zones". T-Mobile Germany already has good relations with Microsoft and is selling "T-Mobile MDA" - a Pocket PC phone that is available also in a package with cheap car navigation system - everything directly from T-Mobile! Just to put the importance of T-Mobile chosing MS Smarpthone into context, let us recollect you that the 3 biggest operators in EU are: Vodafone (112.5 millions of customers worldwide), T-Mobile (81.7 millions of customers worldwide) and Orange (44.4 millions of customers worldwide).
